MEDITATION AND GUIDED IMAGERY
The practice of physical yoga can be meditative. It is also possible to spend an entire yoga class practicing meditation
Guided imagery is way of using words to stimulate the imagination. Sensory images can help bring mind and body into the desired state whether it is healing, strengthening, relaxation, or meditation. Guided imagery can be used at the end of a yoga practice to bring the yogi into the perfect state of relaxation.
