PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Meet your goals with techniques that work best for your lifestyle, fitness level, and personal "fun" preferences. Training sessions can focus on weight loss, building strength, cardio, creating muscle definition, overall fitness, post–pregnancy fitness, recovery from illness, or athletic performance. Safety is of the utmost importance. Progressive training techniques are used to allow for safe, gradual, and injury–free advancement.
Sessions are filled with encouragement and support and make use of creative techniques for making fitness pleasurable and effective. Jennifer may supply the equipment or can use yours. Both outdoor and indoor training sessions are used to maximize variety, results, and fun.

BUSINESS BOOT–CAMPS
Boot camps for small corporate groups of 3–7 people. Sessions take advantage of local outdoor equipment, natural settings, parks, and playgrounds. Who says monkey bars are just for kids?!
