Joins together Hatha yoga poses and the practice of mindfulness through which we learn to practice the yoga poses with concentration, full awareness of physical sensations, and letting go of internal judgements in a way the promotes relaxation, joy, and well-being. It is a way to learn about yourself and to experience yourself as whole and complete.
